A:
We are a family oriented company, and have been in business for 5 years. Customer service is essential to us, and making sure your favors are shipped promptly is crucial--we understand that favors must arrive timely.
Q: How will I know when you shipped my goodie bags?
A:
An email confirmation will be sent the morning after the package has been shipped. The expected delivery date and tracking number will be included in the email.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
A:
At Party Bags To Go any information that you provide to use will be confidential.
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. Also, this is a secured site. We take many extra steps to ensure security of the information.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
A:
When you place an order with Party Bags To Go, an encryption program is used. The order information is processed on our site, but when you key in your credit card, you are actually on the secured Authorize Net credit card processing site. Always look for the green bar to know you are safe during the order process. We do not even receive your credit card information because we are a secured site. Also, we are affiliated with Hacker-Safe who monitors us daily.
Q: What ages are the bags appropriate for?
A:
In the Ready Made Bag section, we include age recommendations. Please note that the age groups listed are based from our experiences. Most of our items are recommended for children ages 3 and up. We have some items that are suitable for children younger that 3 and are looking for additional items for this age group.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A:
We really ship fast! Getting the goodie bags BEFORE the party date is a priority to us. Please include the date needed in the 'Comment' field at the bottom of the order form. We ship most orders within 1 business day of the order. You can refer to our Ground Shipping Chart to get a delivery estimate for your package. It is suggested that you add one day just to be safe and only count business days and exclude holidays. If we see that there may be an issue getting your delivery to you in time, we will contact you to discuss alternate delivery options.
Q: What if I live in the Chattanooga area, can I pick up the package?

If you live in Chattanooga, you have several options. Please call so we can deliver or request that you pick-up the favors. 423.228.2228

Q: If I order more than one type of bag, how will I tell them apart?
A:
In the Build-a-Bag section, you can choose which bag you want the goodies in. If you order different Ready-Made bags, we use different bag designs, so you can tell them apart when handing out. We also include the bag description on the invoice, to simplify the process as much as possible.
Q: Do all goodie bags have ribbons on them?
A:
We have recently changed this portion of our company. Basically, all bags come with twist-tie and you can add ribbons as an additional option. We have lowered our prices on many products and redesigned our goodie bags. Hope you enjoy the new format.
Q: What types of bags to you include the goodies in?
A:
We use cello/plastic bags with printed designs. To see the different bags, please refer to the Build-a-Bag section.
Q: Product Recalls
A:
As of May 2008, we do not have any products that have been recalled. We checked with our suppliers to verify that this is accurate, and will continue to check daily as more news surfaces regarding the recent toy recall news. We were also informed that our suppliers conduct quality assurance on the products to prevent inadequacies. This is an important issue to us, and would notify all customers should a recall of any of our products ever occur.
Q: Can I order the favors without having the favors in the goodie bags?
A:
Yes. To order favors without the bags, use the 'Build-A-Bag' section to choose your items, and include the quantity as how many items you will need. Then, at the bottom of the order form (where your name, address, etc.) use the coupon code NOBAG. This will deduct 10% off your purchase and we will only include the favors in your shipment, not placing the items in any bags.
Q: Do you have any coupons?
A:
Yes. If you order a minimum of $95.00, you can save $5.00 with coupon code FJ129. Enter this in the coupon code field at the bottom of the order form, where you enter your name, address, etc.
