From Shipping:

Shipping charges are added to the total of the order.

All orders will be shipped by the next business day, but if you order in the morning, it will most likely be shipped that same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (granted it is not a holiday weekend).

DELAY IN SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS ARE POSTED: If there is going to be a delay in shipping, it will be posted in the upper left corner of the website, at the very top of each page. This is very rare, but happens about 3 times a year.

SHIPMENTS ARE NOT MADE TO P.O. BOXES, with exception to USA Military APO/FPO addresses.

 Shipment Notification

An email will be sent the day after the goodie bags are shipped, and will include the expected delivery date and tracking number.

Timeframes & Charges

We use Fed-Ex for our shipping, and here are the different options for shipping:

FED EX GROUND (2 - 6 business days in most areas, and 4-7+ days to Canada)

FED EX EXPRESS SAVER (3 - 4 business days in most areas and for USA Only)

FED EX 2 DAY AIR (2 business days and for USA only)

STANDARD OVERNIGHT (Received by 8 PM local time on the next business day and for USA only)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Please keep in mind that on occasions, Customs may hold packages for inspections up to 5+ days.  If you order items that we have concerns with passing customs, we will try our best to contact you before substituting the item.     

Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. Please check with your Customs Office for additional information on their rates.

At an additional charge, we can ship to Canada via FedEx Economy or Priority International.  The cost of shipping for such is not known until the order is completely packaged. Please contact us at 866.722.4864 upon placing an order.
